If your a girl like me who wants to eat clean and be healthy but your not willing to give up a delicious dessert, then this pudding is just for you.
I absolutely love Avocado yet I always have considered it to be a savoury element. The thought of adding them to my smoothie didn’t sit well with me…UNTIL I took one great step for mankind (well not really) but I tried it! and it was delicious.
Avocados add such a gorgeous creamy texture to elements as well as they have so many great health benefits.
This pudding is super healthy and so so tasty to share with friends. Just wait until you see their reaction when they find out just how healthy and delicious it really is.
1 ripe avocado ( = 7grams of plant-based protein)
1 teaspoons of raw organic honey
1 teaspoon of raw cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
- Place the avocado, honey, cocoa and chia seeds into a blender.
- While blending, slowly pour in the almond milk until the pudding reaches a creamy consistency.
- Divide the mixture into two separate glasses.
- Refrigerate for at least 30minutes.
Top with cocoa nibs or a mint leaf for a pretty finish.
One serving = 225 calories | 12 grams of fat | 23 grams of carbs | 3,5 grams protein.
