Okay, people – this is one your actually going to want to make.
This was ONE OF MY BEST smoothies yet!
This smoothie tastes like creamy Cinnabon heaven in my mouth…or maybe fresh mint fairies dancing in my mouth. Either way – delicious!
I made this as a post-workout treat. So here is the recipe and some health benefits for you:
- 1 banana
1 scoop Vanilla protein powder (optional)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 handful of mint leafs
1/4 cup Yogurt, plain
2 spoons of organic, sugar-free peanut/ almond butter
- add 1 cup of water and blend.
Simply delicious. Great combination of saviour, fresh and sweet. x
